Your order will be processed or you will be contacted if you order cannot be processed as per your request due to availability or other circumstances beyond our control within two business of payment. Delivery confirmation service is included with all shipments. Orders paid by personal check will not be processed until the funds have cleared our bank.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Before we ship your order, it is inspected for quality and accuracy. If your purchase is defective in any way, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery at 281-367-6740, toll free at 800-521-88792 or e-mail us at orders@cciinspection.com. All returns must include original equipment, packaging, and instruction manuals and have no sign of wear or damage due to use or mishandling. A restocking of 10% may apply to returns. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
